Digital Vehicle Plus Screenshots Digital Vehicle Plus provides you with a clean easy-to-use interface. Below are screenshots taken from the program, which you can click on to see a large image. Main Window This is first window that you will see when you start DVP. It's from here that you can search, view and print your vehicle inventory and access the other program components. When you choose to print out your vehicle inventory, you get a document like the one here. It includes detailed information about each vehicle in your inventory. Vehicle Information Screen Here is the vehicle information screen. When you view a vehicle you get information on the engine, transmission, mileage, etc., all the installed options, and any financing or lease information. When you choose the detail view, you get a screen like the one here. It includes detailed information about each vehicle (specifications, features, description, photos etc.) in your inventory. Vehicle Accounting Screen The Vehicle Accounting Information screen shows all the expenses associated with a particular vehicle and the purchase price, the total expenses, and profit on the vehicle. You also add new expenses here. You can also print out all the information shown on the Vehicle Accounting Information screen. The printout looks like this. Report Manager The Report Manager allows you to view the cars that were sold and added to your inventory over a certain period of time which you can specify. You can choose your report to cover a single day or up to an entire year. Printing out a report from the Report Manager shows a list of vehicles that were sold and a list of vehicles that were added to inventory over the time period specified. Garage Register The Garage Register is where you can keep track of used car information as required by the Ministry of Transportation. This serves to replace filling out the report by hand. The Garage Register Printouts are spread across two landscape pages as shown in the screenshot here.
